What AYUS Capital does
AYUS Capital is an independent financial infrastructure advisory and introduction business. We help businesses identify suitable banking, payments, card, digital asset and embedded finance providers, and facilitate introductions to them.
What AYUS Capital does not do
AYUS Capital is not a bank, electronic money institution, payment institution, crypto-asset service provider or investment firm. We do not provide regulated financial services, and we do not hold, receive or safeguard client funds. We do not act on behalf of any institution in accepting clients or approving accounts.
Regulated financial services are provided directly by independent third-party institutions under their own licences and terms. Every institution makes its own decisions on eligibility and onboarding; an introduction is not a guarantee of approval.
